North Korea is a very poor. If North Korea would get rid of nuclear weapons the would have the sanctions removed. Kim Jong Il is the dictator of North Korea. There was a parade for the anniversary of North Korea, and Kim Jong Il was no where in sight. We think that he might have had a severe stroke.
