My story was about the situation in Pakistan. Right now we aren’t at war with them but it’s thought that war’s near. There was some Pakistani’s that burnt an American flag during a protest. The U.S. troops and the Pakistan forces exchanged fire because the U.S. crossed the borders. The main point that I got out of this article is that the U.S. and Pakistan are butting heads and it’s on the edges of going to war. Two terrorist groups, al-Qaeda and Taliban, and it is thought that Osama bin Laden is hiding in the mountains and we’re searching for him and his people. So Pakistan’s kind of annoyed by that to. There’s a lot of people in Pakistan that wants the U.S. out, and that’s what I got out of the article.
